I'm sure you've heard the saying that results are 80% diet and 20% fitness. Well those percentages aren't the same for everyone but what you eat affects your energy levels, performance, and your overall body composition.


This month I am going to get naked. No, wait! I'm not doing a photoshoot for Playboy. What I meant to say is that I'm going to be brutally honest and not try to talk like the movie stars who claim to eat whatever they want and still way 95 pounds. I'm going to tell you what I struggle with and what tools I've found that help me overcome those obstacles.
