Finding the Motivation

 This was an especially long week and I didn't get a lot of sleep but I didn't want that to stand in the way of me achieving my fitness goals. When I got home from work today I was exhausted! I purposely signed up for an Orange Theory class at the beginning of the week so I'd be motivated to go, but it was 5pm and all I felt like doing was sleeping. I started t focus on how exhausted I was and then I read a post about my fellow ReebokONE ambassador who would be competing in her first NPC Bikini competition. I thought about how much effort she invested to both an intense training and eating plan and then I stood up and changed my clothes. I went to class and killed it! I ran until I was breathless. I grabbed heavier weights that made the exercises really hard. I was sweating and delirious, but an hour later, I felt like a Rockstar!

Don't spend time focusing on excuses because that will never help you. Instead focus on your goal and how the action you are about to take will help you achieve that goal.
