Back On Track

It's easy to feel overwhelmed and for work or family obligations to stand in the way of our health and fitness goals, but these obstacles are only temporary and today is a new day. Forget about yesterday and focus on the life you want now. Write out 3 things you can do right now that will help you get 1 step closer to that goal. Put down the junk, park farther from the front of the store, forget the elevator, and get your healthy sexy self! 

You have one life so why not make each day one where you have energy, feel great, and like that person you see in the mirror. Make your choices wisely and remember that every decision will take you closer or farther from your goal. Spend time with people who inspire you. Look for the best in others and use it to inspire you. Try something new every day, whether it be a fitness class, foreign vegetable or fruit, or perhaps a new running route. Change it up to bypass the plateau.
