friends by hip-hop dancing. Not only it is great exercise, but it is also

This workshop features some of DC's freshest hip-hop, street, and funk
choreography usable in the dance clubs. This powerful and popular dance
style will be introduced in a cardio format, which will be sure to be a
great workout and exciting time. You do not need to bring a partner with you
to this event; we will have you rotate during the lesson. All levels are

International fitness presenter Madeline Dolente will review the safety provisions for each posture and will assist you through the poses to ensure you are benefiting form each of the poses.
