It's a beautiful day, why spend it inside when you can join a crew and head into the fresh air for an advanced circuit workout. Our eight-session Outdoor Team Training program features a combination of strength and cardio drills utilizing outdoor props. This fun and challenging workout is led by Madeline Dolente and will keep you both pleading for mercy and begging for more
- See the results of all your hard work through fitness tests on the first and last days of the program
- Improve agility and ability to change direction while running
- Learn drills and exercises to add to your individual workout
- Gain an understanding of the need for proper nutrition, hydration and rest
