"I can still do this…I might not be able to do it like I used to, but I can still do it."

The Cycling Exclusive training is an 8 week intensive training program in a small group setting of 6-8 people of various levels. Madeline provides individualized training for additional support and motivation to ensure each individual works at his/her own optimum level. She will teach you proper form and technique, how to ride progressively longer and stronger using a heart rate monitor, and how to improve your fitness level through hill repeats and interval training.

Classes start the week of September 2, 2003 and are held at the following locations:
GloverPark Washington Sports Club Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm.
1211 Connecticut Ave Washington Sports Club, Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm.

Before After

"Cycling Exclusives rocks my world! I signed up in January '03 to crosstrain for a spring marathon to allow an injury to heal. Unfortunately, my ankle did not heal in time for me to run the marathon, but at the end of the first 8 week session, my resting heart rate had dropped 10 points! I still wasn't allowed to run, so I signed up for the next Cycling Exclusives and decided to go twice a week. When I went to Ohio in May to spend a weekend with family and friends, I was shocked to hear them say I looked "tiny," which was a first. I felt so good about myself! I continue with Cycling Exclusives for the grueling workouts and it is a great place to share some laughs with new friends."
